We read every message carefully and respond within 24 hours. We'll either answer your question directly, suggest the right service, or invite you to a short consultation call — whatever makes most sense for what you've shared.

Do I need to know what service I need before I contact you?

No. Most people don't. Just tell us what's going on with your space and we'll guide you. The "I'm not sure yet" option in the form exists precisely for this — it's one of the most common answers we receive, and we're very comfortable with it.

Do you work outside Lagos?

We work in-person across Lagos — Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, Ikeja, and the mainland. For clients outside Lagos, we offer 60-minute virtual consultations that work just as well for diagnosis and planning.

Is there a cost to reaching out?

None at all. Sending a message, getting a response, and having an initial conversation is completely free. Fees only apply when you book a formal consultation or engage a service — and those fees are always agreed upfront before any work begins.
